David Nieves, M.D.

Dr. Nieves practices medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He has a strong interest in treating persons with psoriasis and has served as an investigator in over 25 clinical trials to evaluate new treatments. He is also very interested in skin allergy and performs patch testing to identify the underlying sources of allergic rashes. In addition, he treats unwanted wrinkles with BOTOX, Restylane, and collagen, and performs laser surgery and sclerotherapy to eliminate unwanted spider veins.

Specializing in hair-loss prevention and treatment in women, she is also Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Dr. Halpern's practice is limited to the treatment of skin cancer via Mohs surgery. Mohs surgery is a microscopically-guided technique used to treat skin cancers in cosmetically sensitive areas.
