How to qualify
Windsor Dermatology is seeking patients with the following general criteria:
- Active diagnosis of:
- eczema/atopic dermatitis
- generalized psoriasis
- hydradinitis supprativa
- prurigo nodularis
- palmar plantar psoriasis
- Insurance is not needed to participate
- Excited to participate!
